Alia Carter is currently the Director of Property Management at FAMICOS Foundation. Prior to this, Alia held the position of Regional Manager at MVAH Partners LLC and Senior Property Manager at National Church Residences. Alia graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
