Most families don't discover they had the wrong tutor or coach until the damage is already done.
Family Collective exists to change that.
We are a premium matching service based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, connecting exceptional families with personally vetted tutors, sports coaches, and household professionals across the UAE.
This isn't a platform. It's a collective built on one standard: the right match, every time.

Why we're different
Every professional in our network is interviewed, qualification-checked, and police-cleared. Every family request is handled personally. Because exceptional families don't leave the most important decisions to chance.

Our founders
Amina brings 12 years in education, senior school leadership, and four years as a private tutor to VVIP families in the UAE. She built Family Collective after witnessing firsthand the absence of a truly rigorous matching service for families who accept no compromise.
Jawad brings two decades of white-glove service across superyachts, royal households, and UHNW clients across the UK and UAE. He has an instinctive understanding of what exceptional families need — often before they have to ask.
