The story of our candles is based on the miracle of memories.  
We believe that memories are the most important and, at best, the most beautiful treasures that each person carries individually. And our memory is the only paradise from which one cannot be expelled.
Memory through smell, the strongest of our senses, is best described by the famous writer Marcel Proust in his well-known novel "In Search of Lost Time". The first-person narrator experiences how the scent and taste of a pastry dipped in lime blossom tea, called Petite Madeleine, trigger a swarm of childhood memories in him. His description is even so well-known that in science, one speaks of the "proust" or "Madeleine effect" when it comes to the phenomenon of how scents and smells evoke memories and arouse emotions.
When we get a whiff of a certain smell we get carried away to another time or place and memories and its stories  start to come alive.
Each of our candles has it`s own memory and story. Maybe it`s also yours.
