Ross Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ross is the Co-Founder of Fan3, a fan engagement platform focused on the future of fandom. Ross also served as a council member for the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) from 2020 to 2022, advocating for inclusion and diversity in the digital industry. Prior to their entrepreneurship ventures, Ross Taylor worked as a consultant at VaynerMedia and held leadership roles at Gemini People and Purple Consultancy. Ross started their career as a consultant at Venn Group, specializing in temporary recruitment for finance departments in the public sector.
