Chris Madden currently serves as the Director of Fan Services for Global Order Management and Global Fan Protection at Fanatics, overseeing approximately 100 employees in a multi-billion dollar commerce division. Madden has successfully driven significant financial improvements through initiatives such as the Order Cut Reduction task force, generating over $13 million in bottom-line favorability. With prior roles in order management, fraud reduction, and fan relations, Madden has consistently delivered top performance metrics and led transition efforts for hybrid work environments. In addition to extensive experience in operations management, Madden has a background in education with roles as a high school English teacher and coach, complemented by a Master’s Degree in English from Governors State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Augustana College.
