Daniel Chen

Daniel Chen is an accomplished finance systems leader with extensive experience in transforming financial processes and systems across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance Systems at Fanatics since October 2025, Daniel previously held leadership roles at ADP as Vice President of Finance Transformation, where a global financial system leveraging Oracle E-business suite and Hyperion EPM tools was successfully deployed. Prior to ADP, Daniel played a key role at AIG as Head of Lean Continuous Improvement and Sustainability, and as Director of Strategic Projects, contributing to significant data standardization and organizational efficiency. Additional experience includes transformative roles at American Express, Rent., Prudential Financial, Instinet Incorporated, and PwC. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
