Jonathan Wilbur has extensive experience in e-commerce and customer relationship management, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global B2C CRM Technology & Operations at Fanatics, Inc. since June 2018, Jonathan previously held the position of Director of CRM Operations & Technology, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for diverse email campaigns across numerous brands and professional sports organizations. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Venus as an E-Commerce Analyst, managing email marketing programs and driving targeted campaigns that significantly boosted engagement and revenue. Jonathan's career began at GSI Commerce, where successful project launches, such as BathandBodyWorks.com, were achieved. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science/Studies from Florida State University.
