Josh Horowitz

Josh Horowitz currently serves as the Vice President of Legal for Fanatics Markets, having joined the company in September 2025. Prior to this role, Horowitz was involved with NexHealth as both General Counsel and Advisor, where efforts focused on establishing legal and compliance functions to foster healthcare innovation. Previous experience includes leading the legal department at Xoom, a PayPal service, and roles at Tilt, where Horowitz held positions as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and at EmCom Law, where a solo legal practice was developed. Additionally, Horowitz co-founded Replete Skincare and Flyyt, Inc. Notably, contributions to legal education were made as Executive Director at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from UC Hastings and dual Bachelor's degrees from American University.
