Kate Burkowski

Kate Burkowski is an experienced recruiting leader currently serving as the Vice President of Recruiting at Fanatics, Inc., overseeing a global team of over 25 professionals dedicated to various sectors, including tech and retail operations. Prior to joining Fanatics, Kate held several key roles at Apple, including Market Recruiting Leader for the Southeast US, Brazil, and Mexico, and Sourcing Leader for all leadership positions. Kate's earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Recruiter at L Brands and as a National Recruiter & University Relations Manager at Marriott Vacation Club International, where Kate also managed talent development initiatives. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
