Marcel Babik is a Senior Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in IT, healthcare, and manufacturing. Currently serving at Fanatics as a Senior Project Manager focused on technology and infrastructure, Marcel is responsible for the management and execution of complex IT projects. Previously, Marcel held key roles including Information Technology Program Manager at Florida Blue and Director of Project Management Office at ITG, where significant achievements in program delivery and quality management were made.
