Matthew Smith is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in customer relationship management, loyalty programs, and customer insights. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing - CRM, Loyalty and Customer Insights at Fanatics, Inc. since October 2014, Matthew drives growth initiatives for the global leader in licensed sports merchandise. Prior to Fanatics, Matthew held various leadership roles at Best Buy, where responsibilities included transforming CRM platforms and overseeing customer loyalty strategies. Earlier experience includes significant roles at GE Capital, Green Tree Servicing, Citi/Associates First Capital, and HSBC, specializing in consumer marketing and compliance.
