Ross Kivowitz is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support, engineering, and administration. Ross began a career in technology at Apple Retail as a Mac Genius, providing exceptional technical support and training. Following this, Ross held several roles at Namely, progressing to Staff IT Engineer, and served as Network Administrator at Advanced Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, where management of a wired/wireless network was key. At Groupon, Ross was a Desktop Support Analyst II, managing support for a global user base and several critical projects. Currently, Ross works as a Senior Staff System Engineer at Fanatics and continues to run Kivobytes, an independent venture since 2009.
