Ryan Harper

Ryan Harper is currently the Retail Lead for the Baltimore Ravens at Fanatics, where they manage merchandising and oversee retail operations at M&T Bank Stadium. Previously, Ryan worked as a Food and Beverage Manager for the Burlington Sock Puppets, managing a team and delivering high-quality service for large crowds. Ryan gained valuable experience as a Sport Introductory Intern with the Frederick Keys and Spire City Ghost Hounds, where they assisted with game operations and fan engagement. Their educational background includes pursuing a dual degree in Sport Management and Media Analytics at Elon University, where Ryan maintained a 3.91 GPA.
