William Walsh

William "Scott" Walsh is an accomplished Senior Director at Fanatics, Inc., leading enterprise-wide Learning and Development initiatives since April 2022, overseeing a team of 35 trainers and optimizing training processes for over 6,000 seasonal employees. Formerly the Director of Learning and Development for the Operations group, Walsh has extensive experience managing talent development in various roles at Fanatics. Prior military experience includes serving as Commodore of the Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing Atlantic, directing operations for 2,300 personnel and managing significant budgets, as well as various commanding positions within the US Navy. Walsh holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from San Diego State University and a Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
