Luan Freire

Luan Freire is an industrial manager with over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade in the automotive sector, specializing in engineering, production, and process management. Currently managing two automotive glass plants, they lead a team of over 650 employees, focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost reduction. Previously, Luan served as an engineering manager for Ternium, overseeing significant projects and implementing new technologies across facilities in multiple countries. They are fluent in English and Spanish and possess strong skills in SAP, Catia, and AutoCad. Luan is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté.
