Oscar Cabral

Oscar Cabral is a seasoned Corporate Human Resources Manager with over 30 years of diverse experience in managing HR functions across multinational and large national companies in sectors such as automotive, construction, hospitality, and agribusiness. They are currently the Head of Human Resources at FANAVID, where they lead the implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives and oversee organizational change initiatives. Previously, Oscar held significant roles including Corporate HR Manager at Gestamp Brasil and Slaviero Hoteis, where they notably restructured HR departments and developed impactful employee programs aimed at enhancing performance and retention. Oscar also earned an MBA in High Performance Management and Leadership from FIEP.
