Ben Alter

Ben Alter is an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator and Developer with a strong background in supporting and optimizing database environments. Currently at Fandango since October 2016, Ben has focused on monitoring SQL Jobs and ETL processes, as well as automating data backfill operations. Previous roles include positions at LA Care Health Plan, where Ben implemented Transparent Data Encryption, and The Walt Disney Company, where server performance and disaster recovery were prioritized. Ben’s expertise extends to migration projects, having successfully managed payroll data migrations at both Media Services and City National Bank, along with developing SQL reports and enhancing database functionalities.
