Lorena Zavala, PMP, has extensive experience in program management and customer service, currently serving as a Program Manager in Data Privacy & Compliance at Fandango since October 2012, after progressing through various roles including Sr. Customer Service Manager and Customer Support Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Office Manager and Sales Executive at HM Digital, Assistant Manager at UCLA Store, Program Coordinator at the Consulate General of Mexico, Sales Manager at a Travel and Tourism Agency, and Human Resources Manager at Modelo Supermarket Chain. Lorena holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas and has completed multiple professional development courses, including a Product Management Bootcamp and PMP certification.
