Waisze Lam has a diverse work experience in marketing and product management. Starting in 2000, Lam worked as a Marketing Coordinator and later an Executive Brand Assistant at NBCUniversal, Inc. Lam then joined Encore USA as an Associate Product Manager in 2006. In 2007, Lam began working at The Walt Disney Company, where they held various roles including Associate Brand Manager, Manager of Global Brand & Creative Marketing, Manager of Franchise Management, and Manager of Marketing Strategies. Lam's responsibilities at Disney involved developing marketing programs, executing brand campaigns, and managing partnerships for digital platforms and home entertainment. Lam joined UCLA Extension in 2015 as a Consultant and Senior Manager, overseeing rebranding initiatives and marketing campaigns. Finally, Lam joined Fandango in 2016, where they currently hold the position of Senior Manager of Products/Programs Marketing & Gift Card Management, focusing on growing the Fandango and FandangoNOW gift card and product business through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
