Chanda Walker

Chanda Walker is a Credit Risk Manager at Fannie Mae, where they have worked since 1998. Chanda manages a diverse portfolio of multifamily loans and has led asset management teams in various capacities. They began their career at Fannie Mae as a Senior Paralegal before transitioning to roles in loan administration and credit risk management. Prior to Fannie Mae, Chanda spent 12 years as a Senior Paralegal at Hunton & Williams, specializing in securities and real estate transactions. Chanda is a Virginia native and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University.
