John Williston has extensive experience in application support and technology operations, beginning in 1995 as a Consultant for Total Services Solution, contracted to Fannie Mae. During a notable tenure at Fannie Mae from 1998 to 2023, John served as Application Support Manager, leading a team of up to 44 individuals while maintaining a 99.8% uptime for customer platforms, and later advanced to Director of Application Support and Enterprise Command Center. In this role, John established a new Enterprise Command Center focused on ITIL functions. John's career culminated in the position of Sr. Director of Enterprise Technology Operations. A graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, John earned a BA from 1991.
