Tracy Jones possesses extensive experience in the culinary and nutrition management fields, having served as the Coordinator for Food & Nutrition Management and Cook Apprentice Programs at Fanshawe College since September 2009. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Chef Owner of Your Caterers from 1998 to 2007. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, obtained between 1988 and 1992, as well as a Culinary Certificate from Fanshawe College.
