Nipper Butlin

Nipper Butlin currently serves as Partner at Faptic Technology, overseeing global cloud and data practices across North and South America since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nipper held various positions at Rackspace Technology from November 2013 to July 2023, including Global Partner in Professional Services, where leadership facilitated the launch of seven new service offerings through a strategic partnership with BT. Nipper also directed operations in India, managed customer experience for EMEA, and led customer care initiatives while ensuring revenue retention and high customer satisfaction. Earlier career experience includes operational management at Agfa Healthcare and Siemens Enterprise Communications, where Nipper developed expertise in service delivery and support. Nipper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of York between 2002 and 2005.
