Far Brook School
Mona B. is an experienced educator with a career spanning over a decade at Far Brook School, where Mona currently serves as a Fourth Grade Teacher focusing on literacy, math, and social studies. Previously, Mona taught social-emotional curricula to 5th-8th grade students and has held various teaching roles including Sixth Grade Associate Teacher and Second Grade Associate Teacher. In addition, Mona coordinates after-school programs, collaborating with independent teachers and businesses for staffing across ages 3-14. Earlier experience includes serving as Camp Administrator for Fundamentals Sports Camp and working as a Child and Family Counselor at ChildHelp, Inc. Mona holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Eastern Kentucky University.

Far Brook School is an independent, coeducational day school located in Short Hills, New Jersey for grades Pre-K through 8. Our purpose is to create a supportive and caring community that cherishes love of learning, creativity, and individuality, and that provides teachers and students with both support and freedom to take risks in order to reach their full potential.
