Yan Yang has extensive experience in investment banking, advisory, and entrepreneurial ventures. Previously, at CICC, Yan contributed to IPO, M&A, and LBO processes while performing company valuations and industry analyses. Currently, Yan serves as an Advisor for Faraday Future, focusing on capital markets and investor relations. As Co-Founder and CEO of ReFortune Home Technology Group Limited, Yan leads the IPO process and ensures compliance with financial regulations, while also managing overseas direct investments in Brazil and New Zealand. Additionally, as CEO of Gray & Michelle Export, LLC, Yan oversees the direct trading of commodities, fostering relationships with suppliers and buyers. Yan holds a degree from York University, completed in 2018.
