Farax is a trusted labour hire company connecting skilled workers with reputable businesses across Western Australia. Established in 2002, originally trading as Farrelly’s, the business has grown through decades of industry experience before undergoing a strategic rebrand to Farax - bringing multiple businesses under one name that is synonymous with quality, safety, and reliability.

Our team brings over 30 years of combined recruitment experience, with long-term client partnerships that often trace back to our earliest years in the industry. This depth of experience allows us to truly understand the needs of both businesses and workers across a range of sectors.

Our mission is simple: to find the right people for the right roles. For our clients, this means dependable, high-quality placements that support productivity and growth. For job seekers, this means prioritising your career by taking the time to understand your skills, experience, and aspirations to secure opportunities that genuinely fit.

At Farax, we are guided by our core values of Safety, Knowledge, Integrity, and Pride. These values underpin how we operate every day and ensure we deliver trusted, professional, and meaningful outcomes for both our clients and candidates.
