Amber Nelson

Amber Nelson, SPHR, is currently the Global HR Director at FareHarbor, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as VP, HR Business Partner at Redwood Trust, Inc. from 2020 to 2024. Amber has held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner at Charles Schwab from 2016 to 2020, and HR Manager positions at Dish Network and The Schwan Food Company. They began their HR career at ARAMARK, where they worked as HR Manager from 2006 to 2010, and served as Human Resources Director at HIT, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Amber is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Johnson & Wales University.
