Kiley Coombe

Kiley Coombe is a UX Research Team Lead at FareHarbor, where they lead a team of senior researchers and have significantly improved survey response rates. Previously, Kiley held roles at Peapod Digital Labs, Walgreens, and Motorola Mobility, where they contributed to various projects in user experience and research. Kiley earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and an MS in Engineering Design and Innovation from Northwestern University. Their experience spans across several industries, showcasing a strong ability to integrate user feedback into product design and strategy.
