Aubrey Spijker is a seasoned director and interim manager currently serving as the bestuurder at Farent. With twenty years of experience in change management across both the private and public sectors—including healthcare, education, and social work—Aubrey has established a reputation for effectively navigating resistance to change and fostering collaboration. Previous roles include interim management at Cardea and Veilig Thuis Haaglanden, where Aubrey successfully implemented organizational restructuring and process enhancements.
