Aron Gelbard

Aron Gelbard is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bloom & Wild, Europe's leading direct-to-consumer flower and gifting company. Since 2013, Aron has focused on building a brand that operates across eight countries and is recognized as a certified B Corp. Prior to founding Bloom & Wild, Aron held roles at Air Liquide as an intern, and worked in business development at D.light Design. Aron also served as a manager at Bain & Company and as a consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, achieving early promotions due to outstanding performance. Currently, Aron is a Board Trustee at FareShare UK, where they support food redistribution efforts to combat waste and environmental impact.
