Caitlin Fleming

Caitlin Fleming is currently the Impact and Evaluation Manager at FareShare UK, a position held since 2025. They previously worked as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transactions at EY from 2021 to 2023 and held various leadership roles during their time at the University of Melbourne, including Co-President of Enactus. Caitlin also contributed to their high school as a School Council Member and Student Representative Council President. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce with first-class honors and are pursuing a Master of Global Affairs at Tsinghua University.
