Gareth Batty Mbe

Gareth Batty MBE currently serves as the Director of Network at FareShare UK, overseeing the development of a network of 18 regional partners and managing a program of 9 Coronation Food Project Hubs across the UK since February 2024. Gareth has been a Board Trustee for Station House Community Association Limited since June 2018 and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at FareShare Yorkshire from March 2013 until August 2024, where responsibilities included leading and developing the charity to ensure sustainability and stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, Gareth has served as a Director at Good Food Barnsley, a Trustee for Rotherham and Barnsley Mind, and held various roles in social housing with South Yorkshire Housing Association. Prior experience includes a tenure as an Account Manager at Lloyds TSB from November 1999 to May 2009. Gareth is currently pursuing a Level 7 - Masters in Leadership and Management from Corndel and completed education at Acumen Academy in July 2023.
