Laura Sharkey is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in food redistribution and membership development. Currently serving as Interim Head of Operations at FareShare UK, Laura provides strategic oversight for three regional food redistribution centers and fosters high-performing teams. Previously as Network Development Manager for FareShare UK, Laura supported ambitious organizational growth across the North West. With a diverse career spanning roles in business development, education, and legal services, Laura also holds an MBA from the University of Cumbria and various qualifications in law and teaching.
