Liz Allen

Liz Allen currently serves as the Philanthropy Lead at FareShare UK since September 2022. Previously, Liz held various roles in the education sector as a PGCE and Teacher at Garfield Primary School from September 2020 to August 2022. In the nonprofit sector, Liz worked at Alzheimer's Research UK as Principal Gifts Lead (July 2017 - August 2020), and at Orbis EMEA, where Liz served as Head of Major Donor Fundraising and Major Donor Fundraising Manager from August 2010 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes positions at Marie Curie Cancer Care in multiple fundraising roles (October 2005 - August 2010), Finance and Project Officer at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (August 2003 - October 2005), Assistant Regeneration Project Manager at Metropolitan Housing Partnership (November 2002 - August 2003), and Housing Policy & Performance Officer at Servite Houses (September 2001 - November 2002). Liz Allen holds a PGCE from the University of Roehampton (2020-2021) and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick (1997-2000). Liz completed A-levels in Maths, Biology, and Sociology at Kendrick School, Reading (1990-1997).
