Grace Fitzpatrick

Grace Fitzpatrick serves as the Consulting Services Manager at FareStart, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Grace held multiple roles at World Relief from June 2019 to February 2024, including Director of Empowerment Programs, Employment Services Director, and Employment Manager, focusing on integration and self-sufficiency for refugees and immigrants in the QC community. Earlier experience includes positions at Tapestry Farms as a Nonprofit Intern and Employment Specialist, where responsibilities involved grant writing assistance and client advocacy, as well as a Barista role at Dunn Brothers Coffee. Grace holds a degree from Augustana College, which was attended from 2016 to 2020, following a high school diploma from Lisle High School.
