Jane Hinton

Jane Hinton is a dedicated Non-Profit Director and People and Culture Leader focused on building accessible opportunities for children, youth, adults, and families. They currently serve as the Director of People & Culture at FareStart, providing leadership and guidance to the team. Previously, Jane was the Managing Director at Cooper House PLLC, where they oversaw significant growth and implemented an Equity and Social Justice plan. They also held roles at the Center for Human Services and Powerful Voices, demonstrating a strong commitment to social equity and community support. Jane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Western Washington University and completed leadership programs at the Evans School of Public Policy and Seattle University School of Law.
