Dan Rizzo

Dan Rizzo is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in both the engineering and food service industries. Currently serving as Engineering Support at FAREVA since September 2018, Dan previously operated as Owner of Rizzo's Oven from August 2005 until it became defunct. Dan's engineering credentials include roles such as Tooling Engineer at Fontana/LEP Fasteners and Design/Process Engineer at JLO Metal Products, where significant contributions generated $1.5 million in new business. Additionally, Dan has experience in tool design and process improvement from previous positions at ATF and Primo. Dan holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
