Jon Dossie is an Operations Manager and Engineer with over twenty years of experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. A graduate of the University of Toledo with an MBA and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Jon has successfully led teams to achieve significant cost savings and efficiency improvements at various companies, including Hillphoenix and American Paper Converting. Jon has demonstrated expertise in creating Power BI dashboards, managing large production teams, and implementing strategic productivity initiatives. Currently, Jon serves as a Manufacturing Engineer at FAREVA, continuing to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
