Mélanie Benney

Mélanie Benney is currently the Responsable RH at FAREVA Aerochim, where they apply over six years of experience in Human Resources and payroll management to foster the growth of both the organization and its employees. They have previously held positions such as Responsable RH at Laguerre Groupe, where they created the HR service and optimized HR performance. Mélanie has also served as an Assistante RH at SOGESTRAN Group and has been involved in various roles in recruitment and team management.
