Joana Sousa has built a diverse career in retail, starting in electronics at Worten at the age of 18, where they developed customer service skills. Since 2010, Joana has focused on fashion retail with Cofemel, gaining experience in various roles including sales assistant at Tiffosi and team leader at Vilanova, where they managed a team and enhanced sales performance. Currently, Joana serves as an Office Management Supervisor at Farfetch, overseeing operations and team management while continuing to leverage their expertise in customer service and retail management.
