Luis Carvalho

Luis Carvalho is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at FARFETCH since January 2013, overseeing multiple technological domains, including Product, Information Security, and Global Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Luis held significant positions at Maincheck as Co-Founder and at Microsoft as a Senior Software Development Engineer, contributing to team collaboration and improvement of testing processes. Additionally, Luis was recognized as a Mobile Developer with Life360, where the team won the Google Android Challenge. Earlier career experience includes roles at MobiComp, encompassing product architecture and development. Luis holds a graduate degree in Software Engineering from Universidade do Minho and completed a course in Innovative Technology Leadership at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2020.
