Luís Damásio

Luís Damásio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data-driven HR strategies and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a People Data & Insights Manager and Team Lead at FARFETCH, Luís guides a team of analysts to utilize data for effective HR decision-making. Prior roles include Senior Strategy Associate in the Organization Design & Transformation team and corporate tax consulting at KPMG Portugal. As a co-founder of BONDS, Luís directs a music festival in Porto promoting Portuguese artists, while also leading Sofar Sounds Porto, producing intimate concerts that foster cultural engagement. Further experience includes strategic fundraising with MOVE ONG and consultancy focused on entrepreneurship in developing countries. Luís holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Economics from FEP U. Porto and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the same institution.
