Rita Silva

Rita Silva currently serves as a Service Excellence Advisor at FARFETCH since November 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and mechanical assembly. Prior to this role, Rita worked at STA - Sociedade Transformadora de Alumínios, SA as a Montadora de peças ou peças mecânicas em série from March 2017 to November 2022. Rita's earlier experience includes positions as a Recepcionista at Eurostars Hotel Company and as a customer service representative at Meo Recrutamento, Springfield, C&A, and Cinemas NOS between 2014 and 2017. Rita holds a Ensino Secundário Profissional degree in Comércio from Escola de Comércio do Porto, completed in July 2016.
