Youssef Zikri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global operations and marketplace customer experience, currently serving as Senior Director at FARFETCH since February 2019, where Youssef has led operational growth across key EMEA markets. Prior to this role, Youssef held positions as Director for both the Middle East and EMEA, managing comprehensive operations and reporting directly to the COO. Youssef's background includes consulting at McKinsey & Company with a focus on digital transformation and omni-channel retail, as well as significant contributions to Uber as Head of Operations in Saudi Arabia during its early expansion. Youssef also launched Propertyfinder in Egypt and held multiple roles at Rocket Internet SE. Youssef holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance from The American University in Cairo, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
