Lori Farha

Lori Farha has a diverse background in social work and human resources, currently serving in a dual role in payroll and human resources at Farha Roofing since May 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a social worker at Via Christi Senior Behavioral Health from March 2015 to May 2020 and as an Adoption and Pregnancy Counseling Specialist at Catholic Charities Community Counseling from May 2010 to February 2015, where responsibilities included educating families about adoption and counseling pregnant women. Lori also functioned as the Marriage for Keeps Regional Coordinator at Catholic Charities of Wichita from 2008 to February 2015, overseeing a longitudinal marriage education project. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Coordinator at Three Trees, Inc., managing a grief program for children and families. Lori holds a Master of Social Work degree from Newman University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Wichita State University.
