Tina Goskey, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over two decades of diverse experience in the field of Human Resources. TINA has held various leadership roles in multiple companies, where they have successfully implemented key HR strategies and programs. Tina's work experience includes positions such as Director of Human Resources at Faribault Foods, Inc, where they oversaw all HR functions for 500+ employees in multiple locations. TINA also served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Reynolds Food Packaging, where they provided HR leadership for a 200-employee plastic manufacturing facility. Additionally, Tina was a Human Resources Manager at K-tel, where they were responsible for all HR functions and successfully negotiated benefits programs resulting in cost savings. Furthermore, they held positions at Mork Clinic and A Plus Industries, Inc as a Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Manager respectively. Tina's work experience also includes being a Human Resources Manager at Lifetouch, where they had overall HR responsibility for a 600-employee photo processing plant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated proficiency in talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, payroll, HRIS, OSHA compliance, and workers' compensation. Tina Goskey, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Metropolitan State University. TINA obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2006. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in December 2015.
