We work alongside businesses, enabling them to solve their own problems and rise to their own challenges – creating a world of anti-fragile and purposeful organisations.

We help our clients find the most effective way to create value from today’s challenges, producing lasting improvements in performance. Not only do problems get fixed, but capability and motivation are increased. We create the conditions for organisations to learn to learn.

From a traditional consulting model through to group learning and experimentation, all our approaches draw on the research of great thinkers - old and new - insights from professional sport and, most fundamentally, from each other. All of this from the amazing Farleigh House, home of our sister organisation, Bath Rugby.

We’d love to understand your biggest opportunities, pains, frustrations and desires and turn them into purpose-led, performance-driven value and impact.

Together we can make Purposeful Performance commonplace.
