Karissa Burright

Karissa Burright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Farlinium since May 2025, Karissa previously held the role of Project Lead at Ibis Public Sector, overseeing technical implementations for government clients and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. At NAVEX, Karissa climbed the ranks from Implementation Manager to Senior Implementation Manager, fostering mentorship and enhancing implementation resources. Earlier positions included online support roles and leadership in program development at Mud Bay and Camp Tadmor.
