Mandi Lu, CCXP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insights and consulting. Mandi has served in various capacities at Farlinium since April 2017, progressing from Managing Consultant to Sr. Managing Consultant. Prior to Farlinium, Mandi worked as a Consultant specializing in Voice of the Customer at TorchLight Hire and held multiple roles at LivingSocial, including Associate Manager of Customer Insights. Early career experience includes positions as a Media Analyst Intern at Edelman Intelligence and a Marketing Intern at My-Take and Scene Magazine. Mandi holds an M.A. in Global Marketing Communication and Advertising from Emerson College and a B.A. in Communication Management from Hiram College.
