Ruby Sorathiya possesses a diverse range of experience in management and customer service roles, currently serving as a Department Manager and Administrative Manager at Farm Boy Inc. since June 2022, after progressing through various positions within the company. Prior experience includes a role as a Crew Member at The Wendy's Company and a summer internship at Surat District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Ltd. Ruby holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, a Postgraduate Degree in International Business from Algonquin College International Education Centre, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
